I lost my card and was later found, but i had reported it lost via the app, and never thought anymore. a week or so i could not use my discount card as the app had said it was expired. i email DDS and after being pointed out by John i had reported it stolen and left it at that. once all my details had been confirmed John re issued me a new card straight away as it had only just been issued. A big thank you to john for being super helpful and very quick to advise and rectify my failing . nice to have helpful friendly advisors like this
