Wanted to book holiday with Riviera travel for 10% discount, but they do not recognise DDS! But did recognise Blue Light (BL), logged into DDS to see if they had a crossover number I could use, as BL now seems to be in control of DDS site. While looking into, my account froze, but could still ask for help. Sent question to John and at same time applied for a BL card, John came back with to do's which should sort it but didn't, he acknowledged I had applied for BL card, approved it, I now have an active BL card with a booked 10% discounted holiday. Thanks John. DDS now deleted.
