Sent Email to client services. Email that they would contact me and every contact was by a real person. Waited. 19 hours later. Contacted Defender. Emailed several times and sent screenprint of website orderform. Received analog orderform but unable to print and scan, as we are on a yacht. Emailed again that all the info was on the screenprint of the webform. Received Email offer, Received orderconfirmation. But after 4 days we received an email or we still wanted to order???? Phone call It appears that there was no order . Did not receive Email they say they sent. But what about order confirmation ???? Again several emails and phonecalls to order. Emailed several times and sent screenprint of website order form.
Answered additional questions about freightforwarder and final adress in Panama. ( i was lucky, 3 dollars cheaper shipping on almost $500 order ) After receiving the trackingcode it appeared they changed (added info) to the shipping adress.
