Defender Marine Montreal

Defender Marine Montreal , bunch of con artists . They advertise a product online , SUPER LUBE Multi use Lubricant , a product that I know and have been using for 33 years . They sent me an imitation product , Labels , picture and color of can is completely different and the product itself isnt the same ... Super Lube never got sprayed with a White Foam , its always been a clear lube and doesn't make a mess while spraying it . I reached out to advise them for this issue , I was told they would look into it and get back to me , I guess $134 isnt a priority .. I was forced to purchase the authentic one locally at $35+ tax ...Still waiting ! I contacted SUPER LUBE USA and they said thats not their product ! I feel that I've been had for 5 cans @ $136.04 . When you contact them through their website , July 15 I received a response from Defender USA but they dont know anything from the order which was done in Montreal Quebec Canada .I wish I can show pictures of the product so others don't get screwed as I did ...Message to Defender , Send the proper 5 cans and a return label or Refund me the $134.04 that you frauded me ...Thank you .

Absolute garbage company

Absolute garbage company, do not order from them. 3 weeks and order has not even shippped yet, asked for refund and they said they will only do it when I receive product. My credit card company is getting involved. Don’t waste your time with defender.ca

They use USPS and that sucks

They use USPS and that sucks! It said my order will be here on Friday. Ordered from Defender on Monday. Bulbs for my navigation lights on my boat which is a must. Then I get a USPS message saying it will be delivered on Thursday. That got me excited! So now it’s Friday and I’m planning on going fishing on Saturday! I launch the boat about 30 minutes before sunrise. I drive across the bay at night to get to the fishing grounds early. Thanks USPS and Defender for not being able to go fishing when I need to. Ran around town to a couple of auto parts stores to find bulbs. I found one buts it’s to big. Try to make it work but no go! Thanks!😡

We always have the worst experience

We always have the worst experience, with nothing being in stock that says is available! Staff want to help but often lack knowledge and care. If we can avoid shopping here we do!

The management seemed very nice however…

The management seemed very nice however they didn't have many items in stock and required me to wait long periods to receive the parts I was looking for. Now sure how they can stay in business with that lag time.
