I attempted to pay a bill but lacked the funds at the time. This was my first experience with the service. After receiving approval and submitting my payment, I was later informed that it couldn't be processed. I turned to their AI assistant for clarification, but it only submitted a ticket for customer support. The response I received stated they no longer handle that specific service and suggested I pay the bill myself. I regretted using this service instead of going directly to the provider. The customer support team completely overlooked my refund request, forcing me to ask again. After waiting several days, I received a vague reply asking how I wanted to proceed with the refund. I opted for a refund while keeping my account. Now, several days later, I still haven't seen any refund or received any communication. It feels like they don’t care about their customers at all. There’s no phone support, no live chat, just unresponsive email. I strongly advise against using this service!
