My experience was terrible. They falsely negotiated a bill on my behalf. The representative from the provider noticed something was off and contacted me directly, confirming a savings plan. However, the service claimed they negotiated it and wanted a hefty fee upfront. After I explicitly stated I didn’t want their negotiation services, I still received communication saying they were working on it. This service feels unreliable, and I highly discourage anyone from using it!
