SHOCKING. My card was blocked and after a month of communications and lots of patience, the Deferit employees informed me they could not provide a date on when the technical default would be resolved. A complaint to the AFCA was made and I was then threatened with legal action and account closure. Staff are inconsistent with their information, responses are delayed and the manager unprofessional.
