I'm having issues trying to get in touch with someone for the past 48 hours, and all I've received are automated responses. It's incredibly frustrating trying to reach a company when they only offer online communication and no one responds. I have a specific question regarding my account. I set up a bill to be paid June 13th and received an email confirmation stating that it was paid. However, the bill has not been paid with my utility company. My first payment has already been deducted from my account and automated payments are set for every two weeks. If Deferit is not going to cover the bill then I should get a refund and future payments stopped. I've used Deferit multiple times before and have always had a good experience. I didn't want to write this review, but it seems this is the only way to get a response, which is even more disappointing. I really hope someone can provide some type of help with my issue.
