I needed to pay a bill but didn't have the funds available. This was my first time using the service. After getting approved, I submitted my payment, only to be informed hours later that they couldn't process it. I turned to their AI chatbot for clarification, but it could only submit a ticket for customer service. I had to wait for a response, which stated they no longer support a specific mobile provider and recommended I pay the bill directly. Clearly, I should have bypassed this service altogether. The so-called 'Customer Heroes' ignored my request for a refund, prompting me to ask again. After waiting two more days, and with the weekend delay, I finally received a response asking if I wanted to refund and cancel, or refund while keeping the account. I opted for just a refund while keeping the account. That was Monday morning, and now it's Thursday night with no refund or acknowledgment of my concerns. It's more like dealing with 'Customer Anti-Heroes.' To anyone considering this service, I strongly advise against it, as they seem indifferent to customer needs. There's no phone support, no online chat, just an email system they don't respond to. RUN!
