Do not trust this company

I got suckered. All I can say is buyer beware The only good thing about Define Curls is that I got two brushes which is what I ordered and paid for. They were not worth the money paid - even on the 2 for 1 offer. The brushes I received were the wrong colour, not like the picture which had “Define Curls” branding - the ones that arrived were unbranded and poorly packaged. The packaging was damaged. They were poor quality - the bristles were completely distorted on both and this seemed a manufacturing fault rather than handling damage. The basic concept of this type of brush is good, that would be if the bristles were not completely distorted, but the reality is that these are a dupe of another product and all videos on Define Curls are stolen from a content creator’s social media platform where another manufacturer’s brush is being used. There are plenty of dupes of this brush available on eBay, Amazon and similar that are unbranded and look identical to what I received so if you want to try the concept present a better value for money option. I really thought I’d done my homework and this was a considered purchase. I ordered via the Define Curls website and checked the independent reviews and went through their on line blurb and even made sure the company exists. It does. It presents itself as a new start up with its products accredited by several beauty brands. The products are shipped from China. Define Curls says it takes 3-4 days to ship and the claim is that the company uses Royal Mail. So I expected to have my order within a week, 10 days at most. My order was updated via the Shop app, it took 6 working days to ship and then the tracking showed it was coming from China. The package was held up in China, before being flown to Europe where it was held again before being shipped again. It finally arrived via EVRI 6 weeks to the day after the order was placed. I tried through the process to cancel my order but failed. There is no process or customer service to cancel orders or return incorrect items. The chargeback via my credit card failed because Define Curls claimed that I had received 2 brushes which is what I ordered. I feel lucky that I received something potentially useful even though on the special 2 for 1 offer they do not present anything close to value for money. I see Define Curls is now promoting hair care products. I can only imagine what buyers are receiving
