I ordered a product and noted they charged me £5 extra. I immediately asked for the order to be cancelled and my money returned. I sent several emails and the order was not cancelled and the extra £5 taken was not refunded. Over 5 weeks later, they claimed the order had been delivered to me. Eventually they confirmed that the order was not delivered. They insisted I had to cover their loss for a product I ordered but did not receive. They will only refund half of my money.
