I purchased and paid for a magnetic Chess game early in December its now near the end of January no delivery to date. This company have insisted many times that the game has been delivered giving me no proof. Started off by being overcharged for the product. ThIs is a TOTAL SCAM DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM

I ordered a product on 2 December 2025. I have been chasing the delivery for weeks. Initially the company claimed that it was delivered and I should ask my neighbours. I tracked it and it showed that it was delivered to a depot. The company now claim it is a loss that I have to pay for and will only refund some of the money.20 emails later, there is still no money.
I ordered a product and noted they charged me £5 extra. I immediately asked for the order to be cancelled and my money returned. I sent several emails and the order was not cancelled and the extra £5 taken was not refunded. Over 5 weeks later, they claimed the order had been delivered to me. Eventually they confirmed that the order was not delivered. They insisted I had to cover their loss for a product I ordered but did not receive. They will only refund half of my money.
Ordered items on 7/12 still waiting but quite happy to take the payment , no reply to emails but yet can send discount and offers , still says unknown for delivery date when trying to track items . Wont be ordering again . Not even worth the one star .
If I could leave -100 stars, I would. I am not one to write reviews however I need to warn everyone stay as far away from this company as you can. I received three products totally not what I ordered. I sent screenshots of my order of what was sent and the packaging and I was told that was what I ordered when you can clearly say it was not They use a bogus shipping company to make you think the products are coming from Spain when actually they are coming from China. My order was $106. They tried to charge my credit card $127 and now that they’ve sent me three products which are not what I ordered. The latest offer now is US$25 and I was told that shipping back to China would cost way too much money so I am posting on everything I can so no one ever buys from this super fraudulent company.
If I could give them less than one star I would.Do not buyOrdered 13/12/25 2 items as Christmas gifts.No update received by 19/12/25 so asked to cancel was advised items dispatched so unable to cancel. I said that since purchasing I've been getting notification that the items I bought are now £8.99 each ive been charged £28!!They have said as I've bought these items at an already discounted price nothing will be done !Ive been misled overcharged and lied to by this company Avoid Avoid Avoid 23/12/25 - No parcel my items are still not even in the UK !!!
