I would rate this company and their product zero stars if possible. The shoes are excessively wide and look bulky. If you have narrow feet, these aren't the right choice! Their site claims '300% satisfaction guaranteed or your money back,' but they fail to mention that returning the product means shipping it back to China at your own cost. I contacted customer service about the poor fit, and they offered a mere 15% refund while suggesting I resell the shoes instead. This company feels more like a scam! I would have never ordered if I had known returning would involve such hassle. The product doesn’t fit and even trying a different size won't help. The shoes look unappealing in person, have an overly wide toe box, and the customer service is a joke! The return costs are excessive!
