Mahnoor was amazing. I accidently ordered the wrong size and it was already in the shipping process. He immediately made some phone calls to get the package retrieved and change out the size for me. Warning ⚠️ Do not buy from this company!! It took 6 weeks for shoes to arrive. It was a gift for someone. Did not need. Also quality and appearance is very poor And they claim a guarantee if they don’t work out for you. But you have to pay to ship them back to China‼️ They said it would be close to $30 for shipping at my cost. And by the time they agreed to it, they said I was outside return period. Even though they took 6 weeks to arrive.

I would rate this company and their product zero stars if possible. The shoes are excessively wide and look bulky. If you have narrow feet, these aren't the right choice! Their site claims '300% satisfaction guaranteed or your money back,' but they fail to mention that returning the product means shipping it back to China at your own cost. I contacted customer service about the poor fit, and they offered a mere 15% refund while suggesting I resell the shoes instead. This company feels more like a scam! I would have never ordered if I had known returning would involve such hassle. The product doesn’t fit and even trying a different size won't help. The shoes look unappealing in person, have an overly wide toe box, and the customer service is a joke! The return costs are excessive!
I am very satisfied with the shoes and wear them daily! However, I was disappointed with the lengthy shipping time. The tracking information wasn't very helpful, likely due to the shoes being outside the United States for a while. I only received tracking updates on the day they arrived.
