I ordered a Buffalo Bills Advent Calendar. They said they would deliver between 15 and 18 days. I ordered it on October 3rd. Today, it is December 12th, and I have not received it yet. I contacted the help desk, but only got two automatically generated responses that they have an unexpectedly high amount of orders and will definitely deliver, although they don't know when. After 2 weeks into December, I cancelled the order, and I did get the costs refunded. At least, I see that this is a serious company, just not so well organized.
