Ordered a pokemon glass as a gift,was assured ordered be done in 7 days and tracking provided,this was on 1st of February I checked on 11th and order said preparing,emailed company no reply,messaged them,eventually got a generic,we received more orders than expected please bare with us bla de blah
Still no closer to getting order as they ignore messages and emails.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! The site says the company location is in TX; I don’t believe it. I placed an order 1/4. The order form states item was ordered on 4/1. Took 3 weeks for the product to arrive. IT WAS DEFECTIVE. There was text on the back of a jersey - Los Angeles. However, the top half of all the letters were cut off. It looked ridiculous. Is there no quality control? In order to receive a refund, I have to pay to have the defective product reshipped, plus, there’s a restocking fee - for a defective item! There’s no option for returns for a defective item that doesn’t end up costing me money. STAY AWAY.
