I bought a music box which was a non functional product on arrival. Reported the problem and after an agreement, I accepted a replacement which again was non functional. I have notified them again and I was initially offered 5 dollars and subsequently 10 dollars. They will not refund!!!!!!Watch out if you are buying anything.
