I bought a music box which was a non functional product on arrival. Reported the problem and after an agreement, I accepted a replacement which again was non functional. I have notified them again and I was initially offered 5 dollars and subsequently 10 dollars. They will not refund!!!!!!

Warning to others: I ordered a product from dehorss.com and paid $62.99 via Apple Pay. The item I received was completely different from what was advertised — just a useless piece of glass, nothing like the magnetic iPhone lens shown in their video ad.Customer support refused to process a return or refund. I’ve reported the case to Apple Pay and my bank. Be careful — this looks like a scam. I have all the receipts and communication saved.
