Furthermore, I have notified my credit card company of the fraudulent transaction, initiating a dispute process for taking funds without providing the agreed-upon goods.This is no longer merely poor service; it is a clear case of non-delivery after payment, which has significant legal ramifications. I strongly advise anyone considering a purchase to stay away from this company to avoid similar experiences.
