The real problem starts if you want to send the product back, To print the ticket is almost not possible. Communication with the company the same very complicated. You have to wait for replay until you forget that you have contacted them.
When you manage to send the product back, no refunding comes. They disappear, do not react at all! Finally, hoping that you have lost the sending bill, they request it. Again nothing happens!!! 700 chf lost. I have to take the legal way. Hope to get my money back and dekete this App for ever!
