Zero stars. Website is excellent at misrepresenting product quality. Return policies as posted do not align with practice. Bought an expensive fixture but arrived looking quite cheap and with a manufacturing defect. Customer service made returning difficult and risky so I donated the item to habitat for humanity. Stick with Lowe’s and Home Depot and brands you recognize. To be clear - the company offered a 10% credit and suggested I resell it, offered an exchange whereby I paid the shipping charges, and argued with me that the issues I had were nonexistent. Once you order something from them you are stuck with it unless you want to give them more money.
