I ordered a €953.95 lamp from Dekorfine which was accidentally sent to the wrong country (Monaco/ Morocco). I tried resolving this with the Dekorfine service team but it was clear the shipper couldn't change this to go to the right address. Due to this Dekorfine decided to send out a completely new replacement of the lamp to the correct address. Yulia Sophia and Dafne from the customer service team were absolutely incredible in assisting with this matter and also changing the address last minute to a friend's address as I had to leave the country. They were helpful all the way through the shipping difficulties and have been very patient. Now my replacent ostrich feather brass lamp has reached my apartment safely and looks absolutely incredible! A huge thank you to the customer service team who dealt with all the shipping issues and were kind enough to send a free replacement!
