I bought a light fixture for over $300 from Dekorfine, but it arrived missing key screws to keep it from falling apart When I reached out to the company for a refund, they refused the return/refund and instead offered to send me the missing screws so I could repair it myself. Both the company and its products are located and produced in China and are characterized by poor product quality and inadequate customer service.
