The new HVAC system they installed works great but the electrostatic air cleaner I purchased from them as an add on requires in order the filter through them I have called for weeks and weeks maybe 6 weeks now and no one can get me the filters I need no one from ‘Parts department’ ever calls me back I would say buyer be ware
