If they have their own work, they simply marked the delivery attempt ( customer not receiving call ) schedule delivery for the next day. No issues to them. Sometime your parcel reach the destination hub and after several days, parcel remains their till the time your search the hub after si much of struggle and get your parcel by reaching their hub. Be aware of this courier service if you want to ensure yourself to be calm and relax during the whole process. Waste of time and money. Good luck.
