I’ve had a terrible experience with this delivery service. My order is long overdue, but the real issue is the delivery partner. They are completely unresponsive—I’ve tried calling multiple times to coordinate, but they either ignore the calls or hang up. There is no 'service' in this customer service. It’s unprofessional to keep a customer’s property and refuse to provide a status update. Do better!

I was to receive my parcel on 23.02.2026, which was not delivered as I was not available. When I contacted them they confirmed delivery for next day 24.02.2026, which was never tried and in the evening the message from there site was since I was not available they were not able to deliver the item. On 25.02.2026, the update on there site was out for delivery and there was delivery executive's number. On contacting the number he told he doesn't have the parcel and furnished me with 2 mobile numbers for enquiring. Both the number was not responded by there side. When I contacted the customer care the executive was pathetic and rude, and told me that we will not deliver your parcel. You will get your refund. Whereas there is still a message received from the site that the delivery failed today also. They neither contacted me nor responded when I contacted them. Such a pathetic service.

There is no way of contacting the customer service via phone. They are only reachable via the App which has no service levels. They respond when they respond - is their service level. Their software is so bad - they send OTP to the registered number which is never recieved at the registered number and as a result the package is then held hostage by the company because their OTP system sometimes work and sometimes does not. Absolute garbage company!

Worst of the Worst courier service in india. No customer support. No proper feedback system. Their delivery executives doing the job with their moods. If they have their own work, they simply marked the delivery attempt ( customer not receiving call ) schedule delivery for the next day. No issues to them. Sometime your parcel reach the destination hub and after several days, parcel remains their till the time your search the hub after si much of struggle and get your parcel by reaching their hub. Be aware of this courier service if you want to ensure yourself to be calm and relax during the whole process. Waste of time and money. Good luck.

My Myntra order was assigned to Delhivery and marked “Out for Delivery.” I was tracking the delivery agent live on the app and could clearly see him delivering other packages around my building. I called him multiple times and informed him that it was an office location that closes at 6:30 PM, but he still did not come to deliver my package.

I waited until 7:00 PM with no update. Despite being in the vicinity for a long time, he never attempted delivery. Now it’s the second day, and the package is still not out for delivery.

For comparison, another parcel from the same order handled by eKart was delivered smoothly and on time without any issues.

This delay and lack of response from the delivery agent are highly unprofessional and disappointing.

Very disappointing and stressful experience with Delhivery. I want to give them -5stars

I received a Cash on Delivery shipment (AWB: 40895216229016) where payment was collected, but the product inside was completely wrong. I had ordered linen pants, but instead received old, used, low-quality clothes that appeared worn and worthless.

What makes this worse is the lack of proper customer support and clear grievance handling. When such cases happen, customers are left running around without clear accountability while money has already been collected.

This raises serious concerns about how sellers are being allowed to use the platform and how such shipments pass through the delivery system. Customers should not have to face financial loss due to poor checks and weak complaint resolution.

I strongly advise others to be cautious with COD deliveries routed through this service until stronger action is taken against fraudulent sellers and better customer support is provided.
