I received a parcel from Delhivery courier on 28th March 2026,after receiving I realised that the parcel has been tampered with.
I had ordered slippers from westside, but received a coord set. Now the Delhivery says that they are not responsible for the tampering. Just want to ask then who is?
It is not always possible that the person who ordered, is the one who receives the parcel.
