0 stars actually. Worst service and somehow even worse customer support. Delay in every package, no way to contact human agents. Just the absolute worst. Unprofessional to the max. Their agents straight up refuse pick up or delivery and the status changes to whatever -customer shifted, customer unavailable etc. and guess what? Not a thing you can do about it
