This has been my worst experience. I ordered a product online and completed the payment. The seller shipped it through a courier service, but I have not received the order yet. However, the tracking status shows it as delivered.
I contacted the delivery person, and he said it was mistakenly marked as delivered and assured me it would be delivered the next day. However, he neither delivered the package nor answered my calls.
