I ordered from Delicando at the end of December 2025 (EUR 45.41).The parcel was marked as delivered on 09 January 2026, but I never received it. The designated drop-off location is a shared residential building, and the package could not be found.I contacted Delicando and cooperated fully with their process. At their request, I even filed a police report and submitted the confirmation.Despite this, the company refused to offer a replacement or refund. Their position was that DHL marked the parcel as delivered, and therefore no further action could be taken.The case was then closed without resolution.This experience raises concerns about how delivery issues are handled when a parcel goes missing after being marked as delivered.
