I ordered from Delicando at the end of December 2025 (EUR 45.41).
The parcel was marked as delivered on 09 January 2026, but I never received it. The designated drop-off location is a shared residential building, and the package could not be found.
I contacted Delicando and cooperated fully with their process. At their request, I even filed a police report and submitted the confirmation.
Despite this, the company refused to offer a replacement or refund. Their position was that DHL marked the parcel as delivered, and therefore no further action could be taken.
The case was then closed without resolution.
This experience raises concerns about how delivery issues are handled when a parcel goes missing after being marked as delivered.

Two high value bottles were designated as delivered to my home in my letterbox. Except they weren't!Took a long time, filling out forms etc to eventually get Delicando to re send the missing bottles. The delivery company DHL also eventually emailed me to confirm they had not delivered the missing bottles..... very stressful 2 weeks and as a first time customer, I will not use them again ! I did receive an apology from them however the content was more telling me how well they did to rectify the situation when it was me that did all the work !!
Disaster. I ordered 6 bottles of wine for a tasting and1. They weren't delivered although I waited all day2. I was told they would be delivered to a Point Relay, and to wait confirmation of delivery3. No confirmation so phoned Delicando, saying it was urgent, and was told they would be redelivered and the hold up was due to a breakage4. Received email from Delicando saying I'd refused delivery !5. Phoned Delicando who said that they had sent goods, and were of no further help.I'm disgusted by this, as I'm a wine merchant and needed the wine for an international tasting - I now know never to trust Delicando again. It's not enough to have a good selection at good prices, they have to deliver.
Although I live in the U.S., I ordered a margarita care package for family friends who live in Germany. I communicated twice with the Delicando team. They were responsive to my questions both times, and the package arrived in perfect condition precisely one week after I placed the order. I had a very good experience with Delicando.
