If I could not have to give them 0 stars, I would. Ordered, and up to the point of submitting the order, it showed I would be billed in CDN. Wrong. Billed as USD, and they added an charge not shown as I was checking out. Upon trying to contact the company to tell them this and wanting to cancel, I couldn't. NO response to email. No ability to track the fictitious order number they provided. Email bounced back - hence never heard back from anyone about cancelling. A friend suggested PAYPAL which I used to pay. Upon their connection to the company (operating as COOLLSLLYs Co.Ltd) - they responded. First, said there was no error. Then apologized for a 'system' error for the 'extra charge', and tried to offer a refund. I DECLINED. After finally receiving the 3 items, 1 was damaged. They finally said "return it, pay shipping and you'll get your refund".Yet shipping will exceed the cost of the item itself. SO frustrating. Pay pay offers purchased protection on the item itself, not the transaction costs, and subsequently, will be closed - and forced to deal with my Credit Card company. Don't deal with this "Delicaten' company.
