Ordered a card for valentines day and it didn't arrive anywhere near when it was supposed to. When I finally received the card it was way past valentines day which made it pointless. The card was way smaller than your regular gift card and it was just the same image printed on 2 sides of a folded card. The envelope for the card wasn't even entirely put together. Not only that, they overcharged me. I asked for a refund and they refused. I disputed my charge and they fought it. The card might be worth 2 dollars if it came with an envelope that wasn't broken. I will NEVER buy from them again. Save yourself the headache! SIDENOTE: check out their score on the better business bureau before you decide to buy here. They delete negative reviews on their website. This place is a scam that is somehow still allowed to operate.

Products received not at all like those illustrated in your images advertising for sale --- I am requesting full refund! I should have checked your reviews - that appear to be all very negative - like mine will be. Based on the Image I was getting 5 individual unique Christmas mice. I thought that I was going to make the kids happy, but know that have shown them the mice they were actually frightened. The youngest ones fled the room. ALL STYLES (5 PCS) GET 30% OFF & FREE SHIPPING – the way this written it infers that I would have gotten all five different individual mice as illustrated in the image that you used to entice customers to purchase your products. What I want is the full refund of the USD $ 54.58, and if you want these back provide full prepaid postage for the return – I will use the same box that they came in.
How this company is still in business is beyond me. I am furious with the quality or rather, lack there of. Nothing like what was pictured. Looked like it came from the 99 cent store. Such a sham! Just disgusting. Will never order through Facebook or Instagram ever, ever again.
Product actually arrived, however was woefully nothing like the product I had purchased, and it wasn't cheap either. Luckily paid with Paypal, and I wish I had done my research prior to purchasing (usually do but got caught up in the moment), Avoid this site at all costs.
