Unfortunately let down by the courier DPD, delivering perishables, gave a time slot of 15.17 to 16.17 today for refrigerated goods. At 14.40 (shortly after a white van sped along roads nearby - maybe a co-incidence) I got an email saying there'd be no delivery today, ruining an expensive consignment. Non-delivery is simply not acceptable.I have raised a dispute with the credit card company. Consumer Credit Act 1974, Section 75.Edit: The supplier has been in contact and has been very good. They have said that they will provide a full refund and it will take only a few days. That's good. It is not a reflection on them, it is DPD. Don't P*ssing Deliver.
