I placed a large grocery order that included frozen items. The delivery was delayed, and when it finally arrived, all the frozen products had thawed and were unsafe to eat. Additionally, some items were missing from my order. I reached out to customer service right away with photos, but the communication was slow and confusing, requiring me to follow up several times. Although I eventually received a partial refund, the entire experience was stressful and poorly managed. I even had to involve my bank for protection during this process. Given this experience, I will not be ordering again, particularly for frozen or time-sensitive items.

They should offer free shipping for orders over £75, especially when I've spent £300 or £500. They don’t respond to emails or phone calls, despite providing a contact number. If you have nothing to hide, you should take responsibility. My second order faced issues with missing products, and it took ages to send. If you can't handle large orders, don’t charge high shipping fees and delay deliveries. I tried contacting them multiple times about missing items and received no response. I've reached out to my bank to resolve this. They lack accountability and customer service courtesy. I believe they may not even be Portuguese but Brazilian, which could harm the reputation of Portuguese businesses. I've ordered from other Portuguese shops without shipping fees for large orders and received my items quickly.
