The service is ineffective. I recommend avoiding them. I left my item at the airport and after paying for assistance, they did nothing to help. I ended up doing most of the work, including reaching out to the airport directly. When I finally found the item, they refused to send it back, stating they only ship from a specific location. They make false promises. It's best to steer clear for your own peace of mind.
