I paid for their service and reported my missing item immediately after my flight. Nothing happened, and after several days, I received a message stating the item wasn’t found. When I contacted the airport directly, they already had my item and were managing it. I ended up arranging the shipping myself. Overall, I’m dissatisfied with the service as they didn’t assist in locating my item or progressing the situation, despite charging me.
