I misplaced my item on a flight and while I realized it quickly, the retrieval process has been frustrating. I was hopeful when I discovered the service, thinking they would have better channels to help. Unfortunately, I found myself chasing them for updates, and after ten days, there was no follow-up. When I called again, it was clear they hadn’t noted our previous exchanges. It was a painful experience. After my second call, they sent me an update with a request to fill out another form on a different site. I inquired about this new service but received no response. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is that they do answer the phone. Otherwise, I’m unsure if they actually do anything beyond contacting a lost and found service.
