I took a flight from the UK to Chania in Crete. I left my bag on the plane. I was directed to Deliverback by the Chania Airport website.I completed the Deliverback form and paid €20 for them to find my item. Four days passed and I hadn't heard from Deliverback. I then went to the airport to speak to the lost and found team face to face and I was reunited with my item. I asked Deliverback for a refund given that they hadn't done anything to find my item, but I was refused.I would recommend contacting the airport directly before paying Deliverback any money.
