This service is entirely ineffective. I left my item at the airport and paid for their help, but they offered no assistance. I ended up doing most of the work myself, including contacting the airport. Once I found my item, they refused to return it, claiming they only ship from a specific location. They make misleading claims. It’s best to avoid them for your peace of mind.
