The service has been incredibly disappointing; I cannot recommend it at all. I ordered a vinyl record and a CD, then adjusted my order based on misleading claims about cheaper shipping for combined packages. Unfortunately, that was not true, and I was forced to send my package internationally to avoid excessive shipping fees. Upon arrival, the destination country refused to deliver it, and no one took accountability. After all the hassle, I opted to return it and resend it to my address in the USA, but now I'm being told I must cover the exorbitant shipping costs to the USA, return shipping, and any taxes and duties in Korea. This situation is unacceptable, so I instructed them to dispose of the package. Now, I have to pay for that too! The customer service was horrendous, and I made it clear that I wouldn’t pay another cent for something I never received, especially after already paying for shipping. I absolutely do NOT recommend this service; it’s the worst. If you want to waste your money, go ahead, but I lost over $100 on an item I never got.
