Review Time
I received no replies to my emails or inquiries to the customer service center. I placed two orders from the company, and after 12 days, they are still marked as in domestic shipping (they never reached the warehouse) despite the seller shipping the items within 3 days. I wish I had checked the reviews before making my purchase.
I utilized the service during the hectic Black Friday period, expecting delays in processing and shipping. However, once I requested shipping, my package was prepared and dispatched astonishingly fast. I was truly impressed by the efficiency and smoothness of the entire process, especially given the high order volume at that time. I will certainly use this service again!
The service has been incredibly disappointing; I cannot recommend it at all. I ordered a vinyl record and a CD, then adjusted my order based on misleading claims about cheaper shipping for combined packages. Unfortunately, that was not true, and I was forced to send my package internationally to avoid excessive shipping fees. Upon arrival, the destination country refused to deliver it, and no one took accountability. After all the hassle, I opted to return it and resend it to my address in the USA, but now I'm being told I must cover the exorbitant shipping costs to the USA, return shipping, and any taxes and duties in Korea. This situation is unacceptable, so I instructed them to dispose of the package. Now, I have to pay for that too! The customer service was horrendous, and I made it clear that I wouldn’t pay another cent for something I never received, especially after already paying for shipping. I absolutely do NOT recommend this service; it’s the worst. If you want to waste your money, go ahead, but I lost over $100 on an item I never got.
The buying service is convenient and dependable. They respond fairly quickly to purchase requests. I appreciate the multiple delivery options, allowing for a cheaper choice if you're willing to wait longer. However, the commission and shipping costs could be made clearer upfront, as finding this information until reaching the payment page is not easy.
⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ DO NOT ORDER HERE!!! They do not cover tax duties, which is typically standard for other companies. I feel robbed of $39 for a simple shirt that originally cost $19! The shipping prices are exorbitant, and they calculate them only after your purchase, making refunds impossible. I was told I had to pay additional tax fees upon delivery, which they did not clearly warn about. I did not receive the package and now they refuse to refund the shipping fee. Their customer service is unhelpful and feels automated. This is a scam! I’m grateful I only ordered a shirt, as I could have lost more money.
The website is easy to navigate, and the customer care is wonderful. I’ve been using this service for about a year, and I regret not discovering it sooner; shipping is affordable with many mail carrier options. They are very helpful with accidental purchases of prohibited items and respond quickly to requests for photo options.
