After opening an account, I had difficulty uploading documents, and there was no contact email for support—my messages weren’t going through. Eventually, after several tries, my license was successfully uploaded and verified within a few hours. However, my GIT cover has been pending for five days, which has led to missed job opportunities since roles without badges are challenging to find. To attract attention, I uploaded a distant image of my truck, which accidentally displayed parts of my vehicle graphics—something that’s prohibited. Consequently, my account was suspended due to visible logos. It's curious that they acted so promptly on this but didn’t verify my insurance first. I’m eager to see how quickly they address this issue! Update: I reached out, and while I'm still unclear about the email issue, I can't fault anyone for that. My account is back to normal, and I’m just waiting for my insurance validation; they want to ensure I have the correct road insurance, not just GIT. The representative has been quick to respond and very helpful. I’m giving 5 stars for customer service, as it should be.
