After several attempts, my license was finally uploaded and verified within a few hours. However, my GIT cover has been pending for five days, causing me to miss out on potential jobs since positions without badges are hard to come by. To gain attention, I uploaded a distant photo of my truck, which inadvertently showed parts of my vehicle graphics—something that’s not allowed. As a result, my account was suspended for having logos visible. It’s interesting that they acted on this so quickly but didn’t verify my insurance first. I'm curious to see how fast they respond to this issue! Update: I made contact, and while I’m still unsure why my emails weren’t going through, I can’t hold anyone accountable for that. My account is back to normal, and I'm just waiting for my insurance to be validated; they want to ensure I have the right road insurance, not just GIT. The representative has been responsive and helpful. I’m giving 5 stars for customer service, as it should be straightforward.

I’ve been using this platform since it launched! I've completed many jobs, some great and some challenging, but the support has always been available. A lot of effort has gone into improving the site over the years, and it’s one of my favorite platforms.
★☆☆☆☆ COMPLETE FRAUD – THIS SERVICE IS A TOTAL DISASTER RUN BY AN UNPROFESSIONAL INDIVIDUAL. Where do I even begin with this disorganized operation? After starting the registration process, I received no communication—no emails, no updates. I tried again with a different email, and that went through. The document verification process was a nightmare, with the support team going silent for weeks. I submitted numerous quotes at competitive prices but received no responses. After paying for a VIP membership, my status remained unchanged. I even set up a Direct Debit, resulting in a total of £60 spent with no benefits. Their customer service is non-existent, and I had to escalate the situation to my bank for a chargeback. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. I’m done with this service and will continue to warn others.
