After several attempts, my license was finally uploaded and verified within a few hours. However, my GIT cover has been pending for five days, causing me to miss out on potential jobs since positions without badges are hard to come by. To gain attention, I uploaded a distant photo of my truck, which inadvertently showed parts of my vehicle graphics—something that’s not allowed. As a result, my account was suspended for having logos visible. It’s interesting that they acted on this so quickly but didn’t verify my insurance first. I'm curious to see how fast they respond to this issue! Update: I made contact, and while I’m still unsure why my emails weren’t going through, I can’t hold anyone accountable for that. My account is back to normal, and I'm just waiting for my insurance to be validated; they want to ensure I have the right road insurance, not just GIT. The representative has been responsive and helpful. I’m giving 5 stars for customer service, as it should be straightforward.
