So after a few years of using Deliveroo they f**cked up majorly. Ordered a weekly shop. Didn’t even get half of it. Now bearing in mind I haven’t received a receipt in years and have said this on other claims.. but the claim in question being a weekly shop was £90+ so I’m guessing Deliveroo will only refund under £20 cos I’ve never had trouble for the smaller claims. Again the claim in question is over £50 and I already received half of it. This claim was made over a week ago now! They are saying without a receipt and pictures of the items in the bags they wouldn’t entertain a refund.. who keeps perishable items over a week “just Incase Deliveroo might need a picture with it in bags”!!! Customer services are unbelievable! They’re not budging on there decision. Soo here we are.. me letting you all know you don’t have a leg to stand on if/when you make a claim. BE WARNED! What am I supposed to do with no receipt and half of my shopping!! Utterly despicable!
