Review Time
I have massive problem with this company, you make a order , now scented over £20 on food, I had to wait over hour an a half for my order cos they have another order before going to me , when food arrived, it was cold , I've already told the company this does not work , 1 customer will get food warm and next will arrive cold , they insult me with a refund just over £5 , when I've spent over £20 for a food to turn up warm , this is not acceptable on quality of service, this has happened quite a few times , I'm not happy considering I've been using them quite a long time , your service is slacking and you want start having some respect on your service,
I ordered over an hour ago and they tried to tell me I have to wait they did refund me in the end but only after I told them that I was going to do a review funny that just in case they see it my order was ( 0760 )
Good reliable company, but should give assign rider with scooters rather than bike for longer distances delivery. Do refund issues with order. But don't hold drivers accountable for misconduct
Ordered food including coffee from Gail's . The driver decided to deliver elsewhere on a bicycle first (maybe 3 miles away . Both coffees cold and the food Luke warm. When I complained Deliveroo offered me a £3 discount to use on something else (not even the price of one coffee) then made out it was Gail's I was given the poor review too. Want to point out Gail's amazing Deliveroo terrible. Giving a classy outfit Luke Gail's a bad name. I've deleted the app
I will never shop at deliveroo again I did not received my order through no fault of my own driver did not locate me Icottage close Wolverhampton the driver went to Bramley court only next door should have been very easy to find deliveroo am refusing to refund me so I will never shop at deliveroo again
Food arrived cold, knew something was up when the bag was cold to the touch on delivery. Used their chat with 6 or 7 agents who copy/pasted glib responses and then left the chat. Ended up with an escalation agent who still refused a refund, essentially not believing that the food was cold. Have deleted account now and would not advise anyone uses them.
Overall very good. Not had any issue in Carlisle the drivers are very friendly and polite food has arrived on time. Any problems are usaly the vendor missing items ect.
Absolute rubbish, waited over an hour for delivery from only 2 miles away, turned up stone cold... bloody annoyed and will not use again!!
as an update, I complained and requested a refund, I got a partial refund of less than half of my order, so again, very poor, it was all cold, not less than half of it!
I have been a loyal and regular user … however my last years experience with Deliveroo has been nothing sort of appalling - missing items /cold food/ drivers stopping at other destinations hence long delivery times and today was the final straw - a two hour wait for a pizza which had still never arrived - this company are taking the …. They pay their drivers peanuts and are terribly expensive for the service they deliver … let’s try and find an alternative
Ordered my item then it was cancelled from store but then sent member to store to buy it,there a absolute rip off fake company now waiting for the crap reply from them,ooh wer sorry to hear this lol
