Scammers, I ordered food for three people, including a 6-year-old. My order arrived in a small bag with menus missing for the child and my partner. I filed a complaint, but they told me I didn't have enough evidence to pursue my claim. The result? A scumbag at the customer service center shut down my chat in my face, with no regard for those who received missing items after paying and thanking them, leaving a 6-year-old child starving and out of £25. Shame on you, I'll report this to the Antitrust Authority.
