What has happened to deliveroo? They used to be good but now every delivery is late and turns up cold. I had a voucher to use from the last complaint about cols delivery, said delivery would take 15 minutes but it took almost an hour with the rider taking 20 minutes to get to the restaurant from when he accepted the job.
