I arranged a multi-parcel shipment from the UK to Italy on 24 September, containing only my personal belongings. I meticulously prepared all necessary documentation, clearly marked as “personal belongings”. However, the courier never arrived for collection. I ended up dropping off the parcels myself, only to find out that the service incorrectly labeled my shipment as a “gift”, leading to customs rejecting it. This was their mistake, not mine. The customer service is nearly impossible to reach, and I only received a brief reply stating I would be charged for the return. Meanwhile, two parcels were mistakenly returned to my empty address, and the third is still stuck in the return process. I paid a premium for “express” service but encountered failures at every turn. I'm now left to recover my belongings on my own. I strongly recommend steering clear of this service.
